Past Projects & Events

We launched our first Families on the Frontline class designed for the significant others of first responders, bringing together 24 spouses and partners.

We have been able to fund and install two infrared saunas at the Lompoc Fire Department fire stations.We hope to continue these efforts and install them in all fire stations in our area for all firefighters to access.

We were able to provide wellness sessions for the firefighters that were sent to battle the Palisades and Eaton Fire. Restore Wellness provides cryotherapy, mild hyperbaric, compression and sauna treatments.

Our recent campaign to collect new wool socks for LA firefighters received an outpouring of generosity from across the country. Thanks to the support of REI Santa Barbara, REI Oxnard, and the Deckers Showcase, we were able to collect and deliver 100s of high-quality socks to the brave men and women on the front lines.

Local first responders enjoyed quality family time and met families from other departments in the county. Santa Barbara ZooLights offers a holiday experience with more than 50,000 LED bulbs and decor all around the zoo. Local first responders came together to enjoy quality family time, meet & greet families from other departments, and sip on hot cocoa!

The Annual Running of the Guards brought together runners and swimmers for a challenging course from East Beach to Carpinteria. With breakfast burritos, cold beers at Rincon Brewery, and plenty of community spirit, all proceeds supported The Pighetti Project.

In April 2025, we gathered with Tony's friends, colleagues, and members of the Santa Barbara community to celebrate what would have been his 60th birthday. It was a day of remembrance, reflection, and deep gratitude—a moment to honor the life of a man who gave so much to others, and to feel the lasting impact he continues to have.

We’re especially thankful to Matt Kustura who filled the beach with Tony’s favorite music, creating the open, warm atmosphere Tony loved. To everyone who showed up in person or in spirit, thank you for helping us keep his memory alive.
