Giving Tuesday

This Giving Tuesday 2025, The Pighetti Project invites you to support two vital initiatives that directly strengthen the health and resilience of our first responder community.

1. Responder Recovery:

Infrared Sauna Program

We are proud to continue funding recovery resources for our responders through infrared sauna treatments. This year, we partnered with the Lompoc Fire Department to deliver two infrared sauna units to their stations—tools that provide crucial support for detoxification, stress reduction, and physical recovery.

Additionally, following the Palisades and Eaton Fires, we provided firefighters with wellness sessions at Restore Wellness, which offers cryotherapy, mild hyperbaric therapy, compression treatments, and infrared saunas.

“Thanks to your thoughtful contribution, our firefighters will be better equipped to recover quickly and stay healthy, ultimately allowing us to serve our community more effectively and safely.”
Chief Fallon, Lompoc Fire Department

2. Family Peer Support

We are equally committed to strengthening the families who stand behind our responders. Your donation helps fund family peer support through events, activities, clinicians, supplies, and additional resources that nurture connection, resilience, and mental well-being.

“I just want to say thank you! I have been looking for ways to meet other fire families in town to connect with. This class was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. It created a space for spouses to feel seen, supported and connected. I walked away feeling less alone and with more tools in my toolbox for our family. So grateful for the childcare as well!” anonymous testimonial from a first responder spouse after the “Families on the Frontline” class

Your Gift Makes Double the Impact

We are thrilled to share that an anonymous donor has generously offered to match every donation up to $25,000.
That means your $25 becomes $50—and larger gifts are doubled as well. The impact of your contribution has never been greater.

How to Give

Visit our website at www.thepighettiproject.org to make your donation. You will be redirected to the Santa Barbara Foundation, a partner in the community for almost 100 years.
When donating, please note in the comment section which project you would like your gift to support.

Thank you for standing with The Pighetti Project and for supporting the brave first responders who serve our community every day.
